Junior Math and Computer Science Camp

The Department of Mathematics & Statistics helps organize a week of fun and enriching indoor and outdoor activities designed to develop a child’s curiosity and enjoyment of math and computer science.  This annual week-long summer day camp includes Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science. 

We are planning a camp for July 8-12, 2024. 

Who: Children entering grade 5 or 6
When: July 8 – 12, 2024 from 9am – 4:30pm
Where: Huggins Science Hall, Acadia University
Cost: $80 + transaction fee (Bursaries are available for those who qualify for financial assistance)

Registration is limited to 20 participants.  The camp is committed to the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion. 

Registration opened at 9am Monday April 15, 2024.  Registration has now closed.

Registration will be a 2-step process:

1. Use the registration form to apply to camp. A link will be posted here at 9am Mon Apr 15.
2. The camp will make admission decisions by Thursday April 18. Families of admitted students will confirm camp participation by paying the registration fee.
